Due to its ineffectiveness, I have cancelled my Active membership. Not only that, but for any given section it only has a handful of events for the remainder of the year. It doesn’t make it easy to sign up for events, and if you forget to cancel your subscription it will charge you $100 for an entire year. Now it’s so full of adds that you can’t even swipe through an event to read about it without being interrupted. On top of that, it no longer allows me to change the location I am searching near for races. It’s not user-friendly at all. I tried to transfer my marathon ticket, but it just kept glitching. I had to reset my password multiple times, the landing page is full of irrelevant content, and I’m constantly bombarded with ads. Something that should have taken a couple of minutes turned into a frustrating experience. Surely I’m not the only one having these issues? ### 1/5 — This App No Longer Worth Downloading *2026-07-30, version 2.9.3* Let me start by saying that I’ve been an active advantage member for at least the past 10 years, but I find no use whatsoever from this app. I should have all my benefits in it- instead I have to browse mobile or desktop web and the limited functions it has- like locate events- won’t accept a new location other than the one stored. Very sad, but not going to waste my time anymore so don’t bother downloading.
