Helps so much ### 3/5 — Tapping to drop pins? *2022-05-22* This app is very useful, my only issue is that it drops random pins that are unintentional A LOT, especially when I try to move around the map and zoom in and out. Basically it registers every little tap as a pin drop and an ideal solution would be to be able too hold my finger down on the screen to drop a pin instead of ever so slightly touch my screen. I am using a newer generation iPhone and a couple of my colleagues also complained about how the app is kind of buggy, however I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. ### 5/5 — Best program for door knocking *2022-05-13, version 3.5* When I first started door knocking ,I was going insane trying to remember where i had been last month .All the houses looked the same .Then I got this app and problem solved not only does it let you create as many tags as possible but it there customer service is great and this software is super easy to understand.If you have to door knock daily I recommend this program for you . ### 3/5 — PINS!! *2022-03-09, version 3.2* Deletes your pins sometimes and now I don’t know which homes I’ve been to. The custom pins make it super easy to personalize the app for whatever industry you’re in. The route planner is great for appointments, lead gen, and following up with prospects. And for only $45 a month for the 5 reps we have, it’s safe to say our ROI is exponential to the investment. Highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2020-04-27* Excellent app with good integration. They are adding new features including being able to move pins after they have been dropped. Witch helps a lot with new sub divisions. Create your own tags to mark houses as you see fit and keep track of where you have been. This really is a MUST HAVE for anyone in D2D sales. I can review the leads created at the end of the day, figure out my stats, make notes, and plan routes. It is not very efficient. Have hours of hassles with it not loading things properly or sometimes my teams turf just don’t show up. Their backend is obviously not very good and customer service is usually pretty poor. Give me more nightmares to deal with day to day than I have time for. Would say it’s necessarily a good app because of all the bugs and issues. Quick fix I guess but I can’t wait for my month to end so I can get rid of it ### 1/5 — STOP! Don’t waste your time *2023-02-02* There wasn’t an option for a demo nor a free trial. I purchased the app, so I could see if it was useful. The pins I put on the map had a kind of their own, they moved around and disappeared. Used the app for maybe a total of 30 minutes seeing if it were viable, obviously it was not. Reached out to get a refund, the developer was quick to cancel my account but not refund. I reached out to where their response was about the contract and that they will not be giving a refund. Money wasted, terrible product and awful service from developer. ### 1/5 — Abort -find another app *2022-12-04* I tried to cancel using the app and was unsuccessful and I get an email every day possibly multiple ones a day. The customer service was is terrible. They make you jump through hoops to cancel. And then the owner sent an email attacking me, what a joke ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-04-05, version 3.3* Dont not download this app. I canceled this app immediately after getting and I’m still being charged $25 a month for it a year later. ### 1/5 — Incredibly buggy and lack of support *2021-01-27, version 1.5* We tried to utilize Active Knocker for a month and on 4 occasions wrote emails requesting support. Never received a response. We ended up canceling our service. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Paid twice and still deactivated *2020-06-02* These guys had me pay twice and still deactivated my company account. Now all my guys are out of an app and trying to know without one. Worse coming I have dealt with! Don’t do business with them! ### 1/5 — 👎 *2019-08-01, version 1.3.1* Customer support is awesome!!! After writing this review they kicked me off the app. 30 days later they charged my card for another month. ### 2/5 — Asking for payment from users *2022-02-20* We use this for our small business to keep track of doors but recently it is asking for payment from users and the bill has already been paid by the admin. When the user tries to login it asked for Apple ID and the credit card this is where the user aborts as this is already paid for. We tried uninstalling same thing still happens. And it does everything the other apps do. But its more affordable, like $100 a month total for my whole team total versus $500-$1,000 a month for the other well known apps I used. All of these app platforms occasionally have a random glitch or two, but nothing major. Our company compared many different Canvassing tools. We have used Spotio in the past as well as a hailtraice canvassing tool. I compared this tool to Sales Rabbit and also a couple others. I find the tool to be able to give me 100% of what I need and 98% of what I would ever want. The support team is receptive to your suggestions. Support is via email only, but if you structure your question well, and provide screenshots as I do, I found their response time to be extremely fast and extremely effective at resolving all issues I came across during implementation. We have used it to track our canvassers for our roofing company. It’s so easy to block out territories and assign them to our employees.
