Despite raising this with the centre staff they just mugged me off and refused to accept there is a problem. I now don’t bother using this app that was clearly developed on the cheap. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-09-08, version 108.29* Can’t access button to accepts ts and cs. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-07-09, version 108.29* This app is terrible. Logging in is hard- and it doesn’t remember I have a swim card. I’ve been unable to book any activities for 2 months now and the only way to get anything booked is to call up directly. Need to be able to amend a booking through the app. Neither can be done. ### 3/5 — Good app but some niggles *2025-06-11, version 108.29* Writing this in the hope the developers read the reviews. Once the initial teething problems with app set-up were resolved last year it’s been a nice and well laid out app; pretty similar to the previous operators app in many ways. 2 niggles though: 1. Booking Favourites. Now the Lido is open I’ve booked sessions and ‘favouritted’ some time slots. On old app you then could view just the favourites to avoid scrolling through options when booking. On new app this just seems to have added a favourite star to all Lido sessions and no obvious way to filter to favourites anyway. 2. Why is this rated 17+ in App Store?? Maybe I’ve just missed the violence and profanity section 🤣. But ranking it as 17+ means kids can’t download the app and book their own sessions using their membership. That would be a very useful fix if anyone is listening in! ### 5/5 — Thursday Aquastretch *2024-03-14, version 106.59* I must say how Thursday Aquastretch session has really made such a refreshing morning with Debbie doing the class, she is such a lovely happy person and the class is so much fun, I love the way she is with all of us and I cannot wait for each Thursday to come around. Debbie is a breath of fresh air, I hope she stays for a long time.
