No contact details for calling the pool and when I did find the number on line, no one answered. These appear despite the system showing that session spaces are available. The digital card is not working please fix ### 1/5 — Booking process is terrible *2025-01-11* Classes quickly get fully booked so you’re put on a waiting list, but then you need to manually book on again when you receive an alert that a space becomes free. This is near impossible as 99% of the time it says the space has already gone. Other gyms I use place you on a waiting list which automatically move you up the list until you finally get a space, telling you what position you are along the way. So you have to re-enter card and address details every time you book. I would have thought that this would be a no-brainer from the app developers?
