I don’t know who tests updates but it needs to become a thing. If you don’t know the issues then you need to use your app and find out what is wrong with its operating system. For an IPhone this application runs horribly.

It’s amazing how much time we DON’T spend tracking down photos now - I have real-time visibility to all of my projects!  Once all requirements are met in the field, I have a close out package ready for my client within minutes, and verification has already taken place.  Active Oversight has allowed me to align standards across GC’s - it’s also helped reduce go-backs significantly for them, which helps boost their bottom line.
