### 3/5 — workplace appropriate exercises

I like the idea of this app. It has workplace appropriate exercises that are easy to do and that are beneficial for everyday health. I would however like to see the alarm option work. I am assuming it is supposed to go off to remind you to get up and move (which is really what everyone needs) however when set it doesn’t go off

Good app. Free with add but the subscription is so cheap I am subscribing.

The only thing I don’t really like is that you have to unlock exercises with points. They are easily earned by registering and completing exercises but I would like to be able to choose what I need without unlocking. 

The exercises themselves are easy and workplace appropriate although I do mine at home. There are exercises for most body parts and whole body.
