Message. App is outdated and cryptic in terms of usability. CAE doing a disservice to clients who are required to use this… ### 1/5 — Active Reader *2022-09-14, version 6.7* Horrible to work with. My training provider has used this for several years and they are doing a disservice to their clients. It crashes, doesn’t save my downloads, doesn’t allow printing multiple pages and the list goes on. What lead to the problem (issue 2): After referencing and closing pdf documents not stored on my device, Active Reader would take 15-30 seconds to “reset”, preventing any action before I could open another document.
