### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2026-08-16*

This app is garbage . If your a town or municipality stay far away from the software from this company. Half of the department it won’t even work. This is after multiple times trying to fix the problems the past month.

### 1/5 — The new tone sucks

*2025-12-28*

Love the app until the latest update. Went from a professional sounding alert tone to a IT nerd or Fire wacker alert
Did not know if I had a call or if I Needed to grab the dog and go to the underground shelter because of a cat 5 tornado.

The worst part is it does not give you an option to change it back in the settings. I have a choice of on duty to be alerted or off duty and not get the alert

Why would you change something to change it. Was there a huge call for an obnoxious tone that I am not aware off?

### 2/5 — Great Utility. Bad recent update

*2025-12-13*

Would be a solid 5 star due to functionality but PLEASE CHANGE THE CRITICAL NOTIFICATION TONE BACK. Way too obnoxious to keep activated for everyday life.

### 2/5 — Erratic operating app

*2025-12-04*

Today, the app started playing a horrendously loud siren sound when we were dispatched. Wouldn’t want to try sleeping in a room where it might go off. Can’t be changed. Shut the app off until they resolve it.

### 1/5 — When it works it’s great and a cheap replacement for pagers

*2025-05-18*

When it works it’s great and a cheap replacement for pagers….
And then it just won’t work at all despite all the troubleshooting

### 4/5 — Very simple app

*2025-01-23*

Pros: The app is very simple to use, less tech savy members on our department are able to comprehend and learn how to use it very easily. When you first open the app it shows the active CAD alert that you can click on and three buttons at the bottom, nothing crazy. Our department has it set up delayed, enroute and unavailable. And the top right you can see who has clicked a button.

Cons: there is no settings for the app at all besides on or off duty. I would love to see some more options such as the ability to change the sound it makes and being able to change to dark mode or auto dark/light. In that middle of the night call the bright white screen isn't very nice to look at.

I think it would also be cool to have the ability to turn on something that would show how far out a responder who clicked enroute is from the station, so a driver can decide if it's worth waiting for the member or not before going into service.

### 1/5 — Needs lots of updating

*2022-07-07*

The application is not very user-friendly it’s very simplified and not very adjustable. Application does not allow you to set your own ringtone as a simple trying but half the time you miss when you have your volume. The app doesn’t allow you to edit any of the settings and have to multiple steps just to see who else is responding rather than a simple click action.Application has a lot of nonsense like when you click responding unavailable at station it clearly just says “tip” as accepted. Sadly our fire department switched us rather than Active911 which was very user-friendly. Fingers crossed this app will become better…. SOON
