Aditya Birla Sun Life’s ABCapital and Active Account apps are shoddily designed and incompetently managed, assuming anybody is monitoring how these apps function in reality. They seem to be designed to never cooperate with the customer in either making investments or withdrawing them. This is the primary reason for my decision to stop future investments with Aditya Birla Sun Life. The login and OTP entry process are terrifyingly time-consuming with multiple repetitions of the same required. The company fails to understand that consumers have as much rights as they do when it comes to prompt service.
