Privacy policy is not immediately clear, but the app transcribe some medical terms accurately. Just as good as the medical version of Dragon in my experience. The app is powered by the nuance speech recognition engine. I wish I knew more about their privacy practices.

For the most part this is a great app--HOWEVER, there ar times when, after a period of dictation, the app fails to record, or even worse, just crashes and every piece of the current dictation is lost.
Wish you could fix that bug!
