This app is absolutely atrocious. I can open the app, but once it’s open it doesn’t let me scroll or do anything on the app. I have to close it at least 3-4 times in order for it to work and allow me to scroll. This isn’t a onesie and twosie thing, it’s EVERY TIME I open the app

Works about 5% of the time! Who handles the IT for this organization? Replace him/her, switch cloud hosting service, do whatever it takes to make this work, or just remove it—useless!

I had multiple people at the Club try to help out getting this app to merely schedule my desired workouts. NO LUCK !!! Tried deleting the app and starting over to NO AVAIL. ERROR MESSAGE: “Unexpected error occurred” .... No s  t? Very frustrated. DUMP THIS APP NOW OR I’LL DIMP SYNERGY.

Don’t let these negative reviews fool you, there have been plenty of upgrades and the functionality has improved. The staff and environment is an A+ and they are always so willing to help out if there any issues from the app that arise. Great client service and they seem to really care. 5/5 for the app and Active Wellness as a whole. Highly recommend checking it out and signing up!

Sometimes you can read class information and sometimes you cannot. Sometimes you can book, sometimes you have to close and reopen a couple times but it works. It is very slow and if you suffer from anxiety, I would not recommend it at all because it is glitchy especially around popular classes you need to book in advance. You can go to the main website too when needed. Overall it is good and convenient but glitchy.
