However I downloaded this app back in June 2024 - when this feature wasn’t even available. Apparently I received 2500 coins for free when I first joined, but they are all now expired. And no matter what - They won’t let me use the Freefit feature, as it requires 2000 (!!!) coins. Why??!??? Horrible experience. **Developer response:** Hi, how are you? I don’t own a smart watch and don’t always have my phone on me tracking my steps and so I don’t get any coins for this physical activity. then when I want to schedule a workout class with the app I am told I don’t have enough coins??🤔🤔🤔 very backwards. there needs to be an option to manually input physical activity. it’s also inconvenient to have to download another external app (freefit) in order to schedule workout classes. would be simpler to have it all in the same place **Developer response:** Hi how are you?
