I’m so glad that Active4today are no longer gong to be the leisure providers at Southwell , generally they are just not up to scratch , poor equipment , customer service not great.

Tried several times to log in to the app and failed every time! Its useless and Leisure Support don’t seem to be able to help! I’ll have to go back to the previous app which is nearly as bad!

You cannot use two factor authentication using this App - only your password otherwise you get a failed log in- please fix it

The app in general is not to bad, just a couple of things I've come across that could do with looking into,
First one is the way you pay for an activity, in that you have to put your card details into the app every time you you want to book something and having to put +44 in place of the zero on the phone number.
Would be great if the app would let you pay for things with Apple pay or at least somewhere in the app to put your card details where it remembers it.
Other thing I've noticed is that you can only booked yourself on activities, take swimming as an example, my wanted to join me on a laned swim, but the app wouldn't let me add another person, so my only options were to ring up and book her on or set up another account
