A “delete all” button would be nice. ### 3/5 — Needs more work *2025-06-24* This app works fine alerting you to calls, switching over to maps for navigation, and providing initial call notes from dispatch. There is a lot of room for improvement beyond these basic functions. I would love to see new features like a toggle switch for choosing “On Duty” or “Off Duty”, and possibly have it placed at the top of the incidents list for better access. I never use the two other options and I believe those should be selected under a different menu. The call notes do not update with dispatch as new information comes in or the call type changes, these updated call notes provide critical information for safely and effectively responding to emergency incidents and would greatly improve this app. I would also love the ability to save “favorites” for selecting responding units in my groups list. I work for a 15 station fire department and frequently have to scroll through the entire list of units to select the ones specific to my station. Please take these suggestions into consideration to improve the functionality of your app. ### 2/5 — Not working properly since recent update *2025-04-07, version 1.6.180* Since the latest update I now only get half of the alerts on my phone. If a Fire Department is on the free version that it allows for firefighters to pay for their own subscription. ActiveAlert does something that pager doesn’t do. Give physical locations. 2. If a second, third, or even fourth Fire Department is called in, allow for ActiveAlert to combined those calls on the same Alert so everyone can see who is responding and their locations. Just a couple good updates to consider. ### 2/5 — Slow lag times *2025-01-23, version 1.6.165* This apps features are amazing . Love the live updates on the call and shows where hydrants are . Just very unreliable on how long it takes to load up . Most calls can’t use the app because it takes minutes to update or let you see address. Just extremely slow lag times ### 3/5 — Good, but… *2025-01-22, version 1.6.165* I rely on this app pretty heavily for addresses and details that I might’ve missed from the initial page. Only issue that I have consistently is that I have to press on the response I want to sent multiple times for it to finally go through. Pretty annoying at times. Would be nice if heart-saver alert tones were available or some more options that wouldn’t jolt me awake at night. ### 3/5 — Information needs re-formatted *2024-12-04, version 1.6.158* I love the app and the information provided. One part of the info, the Details section, really needs to be reformatted. Number one thing is that each tidbit of info should be on its own line. Secondly, all of the info should be formatted the same way. The lower section has the date and time before the detail while the upper section has the date and time before the data. Thirdly, all of these items should be listed chronologically. When your awaken at 1:00am for a house fire and you see a jumbled mess of text and numbers, it’s very difficult to understand what has happened. Giving First Responders accurate comprehendible information is crucial! ### 3/5 — Great App, Notifications are Problematic though *2024-11-08* This app is great for the purpose it serves, however the repetitive notifications for the same event have gotten to be quite annoying and can quite honestly be a distraction. When responding to a call, I don’t need multiple notifications that reveal no new information. And it’s almost like the boy who cried wolf.
