Unable to login, app doesn’t work

**Developer response:** I'm sorry you can't login. That'll obviously limit the app's usability! My name is Sean. I'm on the app's dev team. Could I ask you to contact us directly with more information about your account? All our systems say login is working. I'm sure we can get this fixed with more information. Thank you!

We’ve been using the app now for a couple weeks. It works but is a bit glitchy:
- Have to kill it sometimes and restart for it to load
- Annoyingly it doesn’t save draft messages in the chat box so if I write a long message to a client, navigate away, then return, the whole message is lost. Should be easy to store that on servers in draft or in local memory.
- Why isn’t all the CRM data visible through the chat? It would be really useful to have a side panel that can be opened that shows all the data we hold in the CRM about that user, eg name, email, browser, OS, device, custom fields like subscription level etc
- Would be good if I could use swipe gestures to close or reopen chats, rather than clicking to chat, hitting three dots and hitting close

The app is usable and contains the most basic features necessary to communicate. 
On the iPhone 11 Pro, I experience nearly every day that the app closes itself a couple of times while writing/clicking on chats. 
Other than that, sometimes the chat clears itself and you need to go back to the overview and again into the conversation to see it. 
Also the app logs you out after some time, so I need to login nearly daily. 

Would be great to see some improvements here since I wait for an update for a while. 

The rest works, so you can communicate with your customers. It should just get a bit smoother and less buggy tho. :)
