Hola, desde la app no permite crear ni editar campañas. Es una funcionalidad imprescindible para el trabajo remoto y online que otras empresas como mailchimp o mailerlite ya están ofreciendo.

A mi me funcionaria que fuese solo texto y alguna imagen, no necesito cargar plantillas prediseñadas.

Espero la funcionalidad de crear y darle formato a las campañas desde la app lo antes posible. Gracias!

Leur CRM étant tellement peu pratique que j’ai voulu faire un downgrade, action usuelle et élémentaire, surprise c’était impossible. Obligé de passer par le support qui ouvre un ticket et prend 15 jours pour répondre. Pendant ce temps ton abonnement continue au prix fort. Ensuite, excuses pour le délai de réponse, puis x demandes de confirmation avant de bien vouloir s’exécuter. Bref, totalement inacceptable. J’ai préféré quitter que de risquer un nouveau débit inapproprié.
Pratique de malfrats inacceptables. A fuir!

App is really useful overall, but is confusing that their in-app mail composer used for emailing requires each email to be setup in the iOS Mail app. On desktop, I can choose to send from multiple emails I’ve connected and it would be nice if those worked in the app as well.

J’aimerais pouvoir ajouter une task dans un compte et non seulement dans un contact.

Lorsque je me mets une task, je reçois automatiquement un courriel mais ce courriel est inutile, le crm devrait envoyer un courriel au moment que nous inscrivons dans la task à la date et l’heure sélectionné.

Je n’aime pas être obligé d’entrée un courriel dans les ajouts de contact. Nous n’avons pas toujours le courriel de la personne au début de relation.

Si un contact est responsable de 2 comptes, on ne peut pas ajouter le contact car le crm reconnaît le courriel et refuse de l’enregistrer . Il demeure attaché à un seul compte. Il faudrait permettre un contact sur plusieurs comptes.

I’ve been with Active Campaign for a few years now and I’m happy, so I was very excited about this app… until I found out that you can’t edit your emails. So if I’m out and only have my phone and want to work on my newsletter and send it, I can’t. Unfortunately the desktop version that you can access on the phone is pesky to use because of it shows up on the tiny screen. I’m waiting for this improvement, hopefully it’s on the making.

Still not understanding why I have an online check come in, and yet don’t receive the email about it till 30 minutes later. This extremely affects my work as a salesman and in a bad way.

I don’t understand active campaign. On my computer the application is great. However the phone app is nearly useless and even the website on my phone looks horrible. I want to be able to lay in bed and send an email to my list from my phone. I can’t do it on the site bc the left side of the screen won’t move and I can’t do it on the app bc there’s no functionality to send email campaigns - atleast no functionality I can see. It’s quite frustrating. I’ve actually gone back and used convertkit a few times just bc of this-they don’t have an app but their site is incredibly easy to create and send campaigns from my mobile phone. Once I figured out automations I love it and that’s what I’m paying for with Active campaign. But to me this basic function is missing and it’s very annoying.  I don’t care about seeing my contacts. I care about communicating with them.

Do you picture yourself writing a message that's text-only? Or adding an image or two? Would it be valuable to open a Draft that was created on the desktop, and then edit text blocks on mobile? Merge destitute is broken. Quote from AC support: “ we consider there is a 'conflict' whenever at least one of the contacts has a value for a field, even if the other contact does not have a value for that same field. “ 

 This is product madness! Example - I have a contact with an address & one with a phone number, gender, etc. Two totally different data sets, 2 different contacts. With this, I have to pick which group of data I want to keep in the merge. Will update my review once AC functions like any basic $5 CRM

After signing me up for the wrong tier for over a month they finally got me on the top tier plan by then I had been through a months worth of “training” (primarily told to watch videos) so my free month of training wasn’t at all organized no one had any idea what was going on. I stayed with them for a total of 3 months. Hoping things would improve after all it was supposed to be the backbone of my business. When I realized things weren’t going to improve I requested a refund ($200+\month) and was granted one month refund then they stopped taking my calls and responding to email. Definitely felt like a cash grab more then a helpful service.

I contacted active campaign because my account has been unused for over 3 months. I own multiple business and I didn’t realize I was being charged monthly for the inactive account that had been canceled months ago. 

I contacted customer service whom then replied to me beyond business hours through email, the agent Karan B started out very friendly after reading my issue. Asked me for multiple form of verification, after multiple emails and me letting we know the service was canceled months prior I noticed the monthly charge. I then tried canceling again and mysteriously the hyperlink to cancel the account was inactive. The only option I’ll was able to select was keep the account. That’s when I reached out. 

Anyway after many emails and verifications Karan says “I’d also like to share that as per our company policy, we’re unable to provide partial or full refunds once a renewal has been processed.” Mind you the renewal happened this morning. I don’t understand why instead of telling me this ahead of time she thought it was ok to send multiple emails if the root problem was not going to be solved regardless. 

This has nothing to do with the issue I had today but in all honesty active campaign is not a good service. The templates are terrible the email rebounds are extremely high and the service itself is not up to par with another service I now use. 

I never leave reviews good or bad but this one really made me upset because I feel taken advantage of. I will be filing the dispute with my bank since this company rather keep my money instead of making thing right.

So frustrating…the day of the AWS outage seemed to be the main issue but I’m traveling and my app no longer would recognize the MFA text code, so uninstalled and reinstalled, no fix. Had my administrator change my MFA to Authenticator but still doesn’t recognize my the supplied code.
Desktop works fine but the app is now unusable.

La herraminta es genial pero la App pierde todo. Realmente no tiene utilidad y en una epoca que casi todo se hace desde un telefono movil es imprescindible que esta herramienta funcione bien y deje editar automatizaciones o hacer campañas.
O como minimo que el navegador sea compatible con el telefono

No se pueden ver ni crear automatizaciones, ni crear campañas, ni hacer nada en realidad. Solo sirve para ver tus contactos y ver el rendimiento de campañas antiguas. Absurdo. 0/10. Para eso no lancéis App porque deja en evidencia a la empresa. Y la web no es responsive por lo que usar active campaign en el móvil es una batalla. Me parece increíble que una plataforma tan potente tenga tantas carencias de accesibilidad.

They refused to process a small credit on my account when I downgraded then upgraded to a higher tier plan even though I am paying much more every month.

This is my first time using Active Campaign.

I imported 637 contacts, created a custom template, created a campaign, and thought that it had been sent to all 637 contacts.

The campaign, however, indicates that it’s “Pending Approval”.

What approval is needed and why is any approval needed after I send the message?

Tengo demasiadas fallas en el sistema. No me permite entrar a ver los leads.  Cuando entro a revisar comentarios, tareas etc sale un mensaje que dice:  “Something went wrong”

However, TODAY! They’ve changed a lot! I love being able to get the analytics for each campaign.

CRM Apps are the worst apps on the planet. I’ve used them all. ActiveCampaign is close to good, but of course, I can’t even compose a campaign or email design from a template on my phone. Isn’t that the whole point? Other than that, it beats them all except Cloze, which is actually a better CRM for a sales team. It’s just terrible for mass email.

I use ActiveCampaign heavily from my computer but only recently started to use the app.

ActiveCampaign is a powerful product and I’ve found that many great desktop products mobile apps are either too little or too much.

ActiveCampaign mobile app strikes a great balance. I can access my contacts on the fly and the deals function is solid.  I also like being able to send 1:1 emails from my email account via the app.

The developers and product managers did a great job!

Apres avoir essayé 3 autorépondeurs, ActiveCampaign arrive premier haut la main! La prise en main est simple, intuitive et rapide. Le logiciel est efficace. La déliverabilité est excellente! Les campagnes de mails et les séquences automatiques sont super faciles à faire et à modifier.

Functionally and ease of use are unparalleled. The customer service is excellent; we received training in 15 minutes that then allowed us to add automations saving us thousands of dollars and man-hours. We didn’t even have to outsource to programmers to link our databases, etc
