So now I cant be productive with my IPad anymore. This is such a shame… **Developer response:** Hi! Can’t open links in Safari (it blocks and hides Safari from Share, won’t allow even copying links), so your Dropbox app won’t open too, or any other app that open links. Forces you to use built-in browser (you have to login to Dropbox and other services every time), and it is bad. Also not a real app, just a laggy website browser pretending to be an app, but blocking you out of a real browser. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback Dmitry! And there is no option - enter with google account ### 1/5 — Worse to worst *2021-05-24, version 1.0.1* This app is worst than the last buggy app. Every single screen i visit shows up some or other error. ### 2/5 — Amazing on Desktop, Slow on Phone *2026-03-24, version 1.6.1* The app experience on iOS is quite poor at the moment. It frequently freezes, feels very slow, drains battery quickly, and causes the device to heat up noticeably. I really enjoy using the desktop version, which works great, but the mobile app experience and stability need significant improvement. I’ve tested this across multiple iOS and Android devices, and the issue persists consistently. It would be great to see performance and stability improvements addressed in future updates. ### 2/5 — It lags so so much! *2025-11-10, version 1.5.7* I use this app every day, but it still lags heavily and drains the battery within minutes. It even heats up my phone after a short time of use. I’ve been facing these same issues for over four years, even after switching to newer iPhones. The app worked well for months but for the past 2 months the notifications haven’t worked and I can’t tap on them to go to a task when they do pop up. A lot of platforms Blair their product with things you don’t need, I love how activate collab has made it so versatile but not overwhelming. My clients love it too and we’ll be using this from now on. However, there doesn’t appear to be a way to tell what project a task is for in the my work view. It also doesn’t appear you can edit a task name. I was disappointed to see I can’t mention anyone in comments. Overall that app is a huge addition and I hope some of these tweaks can be fixed in a future release. **Developer response:** Hi FMTyler! Thanks so much for your feedback. In the v1.0.1 that was released you can now edit a task name and MyWork view will now clearly show you from which Project a task is coming from.
