### 5/5 — Finally, a strictly platonic app for finding REAL workout buddies!

*2026-08-13*

I've tried other apps to find gym partners in the past, but they were either ghost towns or basically felt like stealth dating apps. Actively is such a breath of fresh air! I absolutely love that they enforce a strict "platonic only" rule and purposefully disable image messaging—it takes all the awkwardness and pressure completely off. The UI is super smooth, making it easy to swipe and match with local people who share my specific interests, whether it's lifting, climbing, or trail running. Best of all, there are actually active users on this app who show up! I've already found a super reliable hiking buddy through it. If you're looking for genuine connections centered purely around fitness, this is the exact app you need.

### 5/5 — I really needed this

*2026-08-09*

I found some friends on this app who I meet with often for pickleball and sometimes volleyball (if the weather allows it)

### 5/5 — There’s actually people on this

*2026-06-03*

So many workout buddy apps are empty or only have people 2000 miles away. This one actually has people in CA on the app

### 5/5 — Helpful App

*2026-05-12*

Thoughtfully designed app with useful features

### 5/5 — Hidden gem

*2026-05-12*

It’s lonely to work out alone but it’s easy to meet people through this!

### 5/5 — Great idea for finding workout friends

*2026-05-11*

Really cool concept, love the idea of finding active friends to hang out with

### 5/5 — Well Designed

*2026-01-14*

The app has a smooth UI and is easy to navigate.

It’s like Tinder for Gym Bros

**Developer response:** Glad you like it! New users arrive everyday so make sure to keep an eye out on new potential friends in your area!
