Allow a cancellation feature, for instance, 3 to 4 hours in advance. Free up the spot so other users can book it. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Top Up cash never works *2020-01-18* It seems the people at Singapore Sports Council are busy exercising than to develop a functional apps ### 1/5 — Crap *2019-04-19* The previous version was easy. Touch ID log in, tap on vCard, the QR code comes up, scan it and you can enter the gym or pool. Now, I don’t even know how to navigate the stupid app. Why the heck have this Nila on the home page?!?!? Who goes into the app and wants the first thing that greets us to be the FAQ?!?! Gosh. We want to get into the facility quickly. And get out quickly. Not chat with your Nila. Gosh. ### 1/5 — 2 years later and still no FaceID support *2019-04-12* Previously you could enable TouchID for login and FaceID would work, but now the new version doesn’t let you enable TouchID if you have an iPhone X or Xs. It’s been 2 years. Typical government outsourced rubbish app. ### 1/5 — SG gov apps all got problem *2014-12-15* The dropdown menus dont even work, how to sign up for an account... Typical frakking broken SG gov apps!!! ### 1/5 — Security Fix Still Needed! *2014-07-10* The vendor really needs to get its act together and secure the app. Currently it is trivial to get personal information of other users from an arbitrary account. Until then, beware of disclosing personal details on the app. Update: Should the fix not be implemented by the next iteration, I would publicly disclose the vulnerability. The vendor really needs to wake up and learn some sense of accountability.. Update 2: Security flaw in WiFi hotspot captive login at gyms too. Unbelievable how these chaps are so lax. ### 1/5 — Your app keep crashing during registration *2014-04-27* And your next key doesn't work on some fields. I don't think will continue to register as it's waste of time! ### 2/5 — Cannot proceed to pay. *2023-05-06* I went to swim yesterday, but when I tried to buy a pass or top up, every time I failed. There was only blank after the credit card information. This is not how mobile apps should work. ### 3/5 — Booking Options limited *2021-11-13, version 2.32* Cannot book more than 2 days in advance, and there are either no time slots or 1 or 2 inconvenient time slots left. “Buy Passes” feature does not work for Gyms or Swimming. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App deserves a better rating *2023-09-11* I’m new to this App and I realize all bad ratings are from years ago. So far I think the app is excellent and does a great job into helping me discover all sports events and venues available. I think people who’s using it and finding it useful should rate and bring the score up. You have free $100 to use for all facilities. What’s not to love? As a new member of ActiveSG, i was excited to discover this app as part of the program. I've since purchased a monthly swim pass and the process was easy and seamless.
