We found their system to be user friendly for our clients and our staff. My clients can book multiple sessions for multiple children for multiple dates. Their system allows me to cancel sessions if necessary, add additional participants, view a daily class roll, allows for easy check in and out of students when dropped off or picked up and allows for bank days for clients. I can send notifications to parents during class or before class through the app. I also like parents can list child allergies and medical conditions when booking their children to alert us of their needs. We can send pictures of class activities to parents during the day, which our parents love! I had tried Square, Placefull and Mindbody before I found Activity Hub. The other booking companies I tried just didn’t offer me all that I needed in one app. I just can say enough wonderful things about this system and their customer support.
