This app also logs you out consistently so good luck refreshing anything to try and get a lead or whatever you’re trying to do. **Developer response:** Version 4.7.5 addressed the logout issues, and version 4.7.6 included fixes for translations. Logs me out every time when I switch between apps. Everything else is just terrible. ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2025-07-20* Terrible crm. As a salesman we rely on the mobile app. It crashes 12 times a times. Frequently have to log in due to being logged out after choosing to be remembered for 30 days. ### 1/5 — Glitchy *2024-08-26* The app is a bit glitchy most times but the really annoying thing is there’s constantly a notification badge on the app where there are no new notifications. Can’t open messages half the time and are stuck in a loading screen. When texting or sending emails and you can’t hit send. It won’t show the full screen. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max ### 1/5 — Not the best crm app *2026-04-14* On desktop is ok, but the app is one of the worst. Every time i switch between clients, the previous client that i had put info in, is transferred to the new client i’m working on. There is a glitch i believe where all the info or contact info copies to the new client. Like if it was merging. Another issue is the text box when adding notes. I see a white bubble and the text box does not expand as you write and fill in the text box like any other app, so makes it hard to read what you are writing. After this last update, i’m having problems adding comments on a lead. The keyboard blocks the “save” button so it is impossible to save my work. Not the best app when it Comes to efficiency. I have to always used my Laptop to save changes ### 1/5 — Still crashes update after update *2026-03-08* This is still the worst CRM system ever made in my opinion.
