Now I deal with daily adds I can’t get rid of. All contactless payments with either card or Apple Pay are stuck as pending for days and then only registered on the day they are done processing; looking back at my spending and trying to figure out when a specific purchased was done is a nightmare as the date does not reflect when it was done in real time. A way to circumvent this is avoiding contactless and inserting my pin or using mbway but I want to go back to being able to use contactless payments. While I’m at it as a final issue , I’d love to see more fees on foreign currency purchases . As of today only through a monthly sub the fees are waivered and that’s for POS purchases only; for online ones only though their gold credit card which also costs a monthly fee. Other free alternatives like the nacional Moey! Or Klarna offer no currency exchange fees on their normal, standard and free debit card. **Developer response:** Hello. ActivoBank Team ### 2/5 — Fix marketing notifications *2026-03-12, version 6.36.1* This app does offer some notification controls by account type and action, but it still does not let users disable marketing notifications separately. That is the real problem. For a banking app, users should be able to keep important security and account alerts while turning off promotional or marketing messages. At the moment, there is no proper way to do that, which is frustrating and not user friendly. Tentei abrir conta com vocês e foi negado. ### 3/5 — Erros nos cadastros do cartão de crédito *2025-09-10, version 6.33.1* Prezados, Percebi que a ordenação das despesas não segue nenhum critério fixo (como data, valor ou categoria). Por exemplo, ao abrir o aplicativo em um momento, os lançamentos do dia 1 podem aparecer na ordem: • Restaurante • Mercado • Loja Mas, ao fechar e abrir novamente em sequência, a ordem muda completamente, passando a ser, por exemplo: • Loja • Restaurante • Mercado Essa falta de consistência na apresentação das informações prejudica bastante a experiência de uso, especialmente para quem faz controle e gestão dos gastos do cartão. Como eu… Sugiro que seja adotada uma ordenação clara e estável (por exemplo, sempre por data e hora de lançamento), de modo que o usuário consiga acompanhar os gastos de forma ORGANIZADA e CONFIÁVEL. ### 3/5 — Activo e wise *2025-08-03, version 6.32.0* O app do wise manda p o app do banco, o app do banco confirma, dá o aceite e o app do wise diz q o banco negou a adição de dinheiro. No other way and support couldn't help. ### 1/5 — slow and buggy *2025-12-26, version 6.35.1* the user experience starts with the loading screen that takes a minute to load and plays an unnecessary sound in your ears. then inside if you’re lucky enough enough for stuff to work — it takes 10+ seconds for the screens to load after each button click. finally — if you’re unlucky — you may be presented with gorgeous errorPopupMessage/errorDescription errors that nobody bothered to set values for. the apple pay works so backwards. it won’t send you a notification about payment. instead it will put the payment in “pending” and then after 1-3 days at 6:30-7AM it will start BLASTING you with notifications for everything you paid in the past few days because that’s how their internal transaction processing works. the users couldn’t care less about your internals. just make it work! it’s not the worst banking app I’ve used but it’s very far from the best. ### 1/5 — Não consigo entrar na minha conta *2025-11-05, version 6.34.1* A App fica carregando e nunca entra, a senha já esta salva. Troquei de telemóvel e estou fora do país, mas o app bloqueou o meu acesso e sequer consigo fazer o pedido de ligação. Dizem que estão a ligar-me e nunca ligam-me. Tentei ligar on-line e o aviso que aparece é que não está a funcionar, que tenho que tentar outra hora.
