Priority areas — see your city move toward launch
Pick your priority area from an improved picker with search and filters by country, state, and city. Watch live progress as your community joins — Building, Launch Planned, or Live. Tap your area anytime for a clear explanation of what each status means. On Home, if you’re physically inside a priority zone, you’ll see a location-aware badge even when you’re travelling. You can change your area or remove it from Account whenever you like — your choice, your signal.

ICE & emergency contacts
Add the people who should be contacted if you can’t speak for yourself, plus optional medical notes, from Account. First responders get context faster when seconds count.

Voice assist — help when typing is hard
Use the Voice tab to describe what you need hands-free. Review what we understood, confirm in a tap, or cancel in a word. Optional spoken replies in Account → Voice assist keep your eyes on the person who needs help.

Emergencies with visibility
Request help with your location, follow the responding unit on a live map, see status updates from dispatch through completion, and connect by in-app voice when a job is active — so you’re not left wondering if anyone is coming.

Medical transport, made clearer
Book patient transfers and other non-emergency trips with pickup, schedule, and clinical context. Compare operator offers and track active trips like you do for emergencies.

Billing & wallet — your order, your rules
Reorder how trips get paid: sponsor coverage, wallet, card, or insurance — drag to set priority, switch options on or off, and see what’s ready before the next ride or emergency.

Employer & sponsor coverage
Accept your company’s protection from an invite link — no codes. See clearly when your programme can cover an emergency or transport.

Account & reliability
