The process either fails or doesn’t proceed as expected. What’s even more surprising is the lack of any support or contact option within the app to report this issue. This makes it very frustrating for new users trying to onboard ### 1/5 — Alternative app *2025-07-19, version 9.5.5* “Guys , update on this, found a alternative app called fitdays.” Dear Developers, It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a clear update regarding the app’s status. The lack of communication is concerning, and we’re beginning to question whether we should consider alternative solutions. What’s even more disappointing is that the product is still being actively sold on your website despite these ongoing issues. It doesn't display any error messages either. I've tried all available login methods, but none of them work. This is such a terrible app. Now I can’t use my scale with any of its smart features - it's basically just a dumb scale that only shows the weight. ### 1/5 — Unstable and not compatible with Ios *2025-07-11, version 9.5.5* App is very unstable from quite few months and useless. When submitted it said invalid credentials but I got a email to verify the email address. Email is verified now so when I try to login it take me to a page to verify mobile number and mobile number recorded is 0 so there is no way to edit or verify the mobile with an OTP. Just stuck. Such a poor app and not tested or debugged either. ### 1/5 — Third rate app *2025-06-03, version 9.5.0* I regret getting these scales. The app is totally useless. Most of the days it crashes. The it can’t find the scales. If I’m lucky and it connects, instead of showing me weight and other data synced with scales it is trying to sell me junk including some face analysing addon. It keeps signing me out and wants me to create a new account. When you try to do that, I crashes. Basically I use the scale to check weight. Rest is complete and utterly useless. Guys, just give up and shut your loser company. ### 1/5 — Worst experience of Actofit health app *2025-05-24, version 3.8.7* I been using actofit scale from past 3 whole years, but since beginning i was facing syncing my scale to its app. While registering it asks for an email and phone number, but now i get it way too difficult to sign in only, as now i dont get any response from the server only. It is a request to the developers to kindly rectify the above issue in the next update. So basically my smart scale is a waste now!! I thought there maybe some issue with the system so I restarted the phone but no use. Its an iPhone 16 Pro Max with the latest updates, still it isn't working. The problem exists for a while now but the developers are not fixing it don’t know why ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cannot add device and no help *2025-11-20, version 9.6.4* I have been trying to add my Actofit smart scale device model WS1Actofit, to the new App but it does not show up while searching for new device. Also the support feature does not work in app. All I get is “Error. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.” Smart scale forced converted to normal scale without app support. ### 1/5 — Terrible recent releases *2025-11-05, version 9.6.4* The older app was so much better. The current one is not at all intuitive. Even if you are able to find your way through this app, you will notice it doesn’t give report in a nice way like it used to before. Like telling me my BMI is 25 without telling me the range to compare it with is useless. ### 1/5 — Worst devices and app support *2025-09-26, version 9.6.0* Looks like they shut down servers and the company itself. You can no longer buy their products even from their website. Everything is out of stock. To make things worse, the apps doesn’t work even for existing users. And they don’t respond to emails either. Complete waste of money. Just send release an apology email or public apology if you can’t operate your company. People who thought of buying their electronic products thinking their App will work, don’t buy. The app used to work earlier, but now it doesn’t work. It won’t even login or even trying to create a new account also doesn’t work. It always gives unexpected error occurred. I am not sure how the developers are testing the app before releasing or even making it much worse. But recently discovered that another app is able to connect with it flawlessly. The app is called Fitdays. So install that instead. All the BMI features etc. work through the app, otherwise its just an expensive weighing machine. As others have reported, the app hasn’t been working for months now… and there is no support available. I'm using the Home scale which helps track not only weight, but also bone mass, muscle mass etc. Plans need to be more flexible though. ### 5/5 — I like the machine very much *2024-07-17, version 3.7.4(1)* Didn't have high expectation. I think it gives a reliable weight reading and rest are hinting markers as they are all calculated. The app interface is also good. I like face scan based on RPPG. It’s very frustrating for not being able to record readings for 5-6 months and then suddenly one day the app starts to work. The scale is fine i guess but all i want is the data to do my own analysis. Would appreciate it if i could get the data exported in form of excel file. Or maybe on cloud which i can see on my laptop browser and do my own analytics. Pleased to see it working now, however, now it has a new problem. Here it is: measures fine but now pops an error soon after “error saving data” error while trying to save measurements, it was working fine for the first 23 readings and then stopped working altogether with this repeated error msg. phone storage has sufficient capacity. Now I can’t see trends. Please hire a strong product team to ensure smoothness in CX. No wonder the app rating has been so low for a long time.
