ActorsFCU's app can keep pace with your busy life. Find a branch, an ATM, make a deposit, check your account & credit card balances, pay your bills, transfer between your accounts, view eDocs or secure message one of our team members when you have a question. Access is quick, convenient, secure and allows you to do it all from your smartphone or tablet: Make instant account transfers, view account balances, withdrawal funds, deposit checks, pay bills, view your account statements and more with just a few quick taps. Sign-in quickly and securely using facial recognition, fingerprint authentication, and/or a 4-digit passcode. To get started, simply download the app and then sign-in for the first time using your Actors FCU Online Banking username and password. It’s always SOMETHING with this app. ### 1/5 — The online experience is awful *2026-02-06* A reminder I no longer bank here for my banking needs but had to set up a Coogan for my child so had little choice. Not convenient whatsoever. ### 3/5 — Why? *2025-11-18* I’m a bit sad that our performance unions & guilds are limited to this credit union, and its amateur app. I like that it is fairly simple. But, there are always display glitches. Almost annual hackings of AFCU accounts. And old messages at the INBOX feature are not delete-able. Why can’t we delete a message, if it’s no longer relevant? Specifically: I was glad to be able to use this app to report when a restaurant server swiped my AFCU debit card twice, overcharging me. That was over 6 years ago, and there is no “Delete Message” button anywhere in the Messages tab; so my report is still viewable. If you’re an actor, and you’re working enough to afford PNC, Chase, BofA, or CitiBank; do it. This app is sorely lacking. ### 2/5 — Face ID Constantly Broken *2025-02-28* For basic banking needs of AFCU members the app does the job. However, Face ID has been broken for many months and deleting and reinstalling the app is no help. I've been trying to make a deposit and it's impossible. The camera takes the picture before you can put it in the right Position Plus it blocks your view with some stupid pop-up window. Then it wouldn't allow me to take a photo of the back of the check because the whole thing freezes up. Don't waste your time or energy with this pathetic excuse for an app. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ### 1/5 — This app is a subpar *2023-05-13* After taking a picture of check for mobile deposit often found times you get an error message and then have to retake. Once retaken it says “duplicate deposit”. So it is never actually deposited. I have to go into the branch office and deposit. What’s the point of mobile deposit when it only works half the time. ### 1/5 — Gets Worse With Each Update *2023-02-22* Simply awful. Constantly not working. Crashes. When depositing checks I get the Spinning wheel of “analyzing” death that goes on forever… until I shut down the app and hope it works later or the next day. Sometimes yes sometimes no. Much better app when it had three functions and bare bones. ARGH ### 1/5 — Don’t even try *2023-01-06* to use the app - problems every step of the way.
