## What is ActuatorSizingTool?

This app will assist you when sizing a Kinetrol DA or SR 1/4 Turn Actuator for your application. Simply provide the following data, then tap the "Calculate" button.  1) Select either Imperial or Metric (units)  2) DA or SR Actuator 3) Required Torque 4) Air Supply Pressure 5) Safety Factor.  Note: if your Required Torque already includes Safety Factor, select 0% as the Safety Factor.

### 3.2.68 — 2025-09-23

1) Update decimal presentation so that whole numbers do not include “.0”.
2) Removed “Beta” label from Version display.
3) Fixed the Pressure Conversion tools so they do not display anything until user enters data.
4) Revised data sorting within arrays to address unexpected results from certain SR Actuator sizings.
5) Added “User Tips” for each page in the UI.
6) Increased the data range for smaller Imperial SR Actuators.
