It won’t let you transfer money between shares, the Zelle barely works, and their AI they use instead of an actual person, doesn’t help whatsoever. Whoever designed this app is braindead ### 1/5 — Ruined it *2025-03-01, version 5.10.109* The app used to be just fine. Now, not so much. -I have all my accounts nicknamed. The names of the account now say my full name and there’s no room left on the screen to show the nickname. -transfers take extra steps now -I just transferred money to all my accounts and the balance changed, but none of the transfers are showing up. Did I forget one? I won’t know until they all post. -I deposited a check and there’s nothing showing me it was done. My balance didn’t change, the check isn’t listed as pending. Guess I have to just wait. -the routing number isn’t listed in the account details anymore. I had to go hunt down a check to find it. -I’m suddenly getting daily emails with a balance alert. My husband has set up a daily text and has gotten it for years. I’m now getting his text as an email and there’s no way to stop it because it doesn’t exist in my account. ### 1/5 — Please change it back. *2025-02-22, version 4.41.114* Booo on app ### 1/5 — A beautiful mess. *2025-02-20, version 5.10.109* This recent upgrade is a quite nice, that is once I’m able to access it. ### 1/5 — Had a good app but now…… *2025-02-18, version 5.10.109* Recently updated their app. The new app is complete Garbage. Made everything way more difficult than it needs to be. Just transferring money within your own accounts went from just seconds to now you have to jump through hoops to make transfers It’s crazy. I’m not sure why they did such a drastic change but I hope they come up with something quick to fix it. Update: Have found out that there are multiple ways to transfer fund still more difficult than previous app. ### 1/5 — 2/12/25 Update makes app harder to use *2025-02-12, version 5.10.109* They updated the app and it’s awful. The list of charges has never looked more crammed together and it’s much more difficult to read than it was before. Also took me about 3 minutes to figure out how to turn on biometrics when it used to be in the main menu. I also bank with WSECU and have several credit card banking apps and ACU after this update is by far the worst. Updates like this always make me feel bad for older people, if I have a hard time with it at 28 I’m sure it’s difficult for someone 70+. Do better. ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit rarely works *2024-09-24, version 4.41.114* Mobile deposit is terribly inconsistent, with frequent messages for errors that are non-existent (i.e. “amount of deposit doesn’t match check” when the amounts are matching). I’ve given up and have tried to close my account but they can’t even accomplish that.
