Tried to use touch and says update sorry can not process request at this time. Try again later. When trying to log in without Touch ID says 5e username and password is wrong. I tried to use the forgot password and app says email reset code 5 times before actually sending one over two days. Hopefully I can enjoy the app again. I’ve reported this bug to ACU and a supervisor has opened a fix ticket with their technical support department. The very friendly and helpful ACU supervisor, Jessica, I spoke to assured me this will be fixed in a timely manner. If you can’t use your card because you cannot remove a low limit set on your card call and ask to speak to a supervisor and they’ll fix it for you. Until a fix/update is issued, I’m using the suspended card feature for card/account security. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is CRAP! *2021-12-07* Download app to try to check it out. Typed in card number on 2 cards and app would not recognize card issue by them. So I gave up. Too much effort like this review. ### 1/5 — Unable to add card *2018-11-07* Having the exact problem as other people are having and can’t add a card. It won’t let you proceed further. Deleted the app and went back to using the regular app, which works fine. ### 1/5 — Can't add a card! *2018-09-14* Tried to add my card to this app today. The "Add Card" button is hidden behind the keyboard. Can't get the keyboard to go away so I can click the button to add a card. So frustrating. Tried all I know but not working. An error message indicates that the app couldn’t loggin in at this time. The spinning wheel has become more common. I wish everything could be done from one app. This is becoming more of an inconvenience, and there is no 24 hour support, unless your card is lost or stolen. Why do you bother to have Face ID, every time you use the app it won’t engage it. I’m sure I’m not the only one that complains. I tried to reset and it wouldn’t send me the reset code. I tried to set up as new but when I tried to click the accept terms box it would only open up terms page. Nothing I did would tick that box! I’ve got the ACU app and Apple widget let’s me see accounts at a glance so no time for an app I can access. ### 2/5 — App only works half the time *2018-08-27* I’m glad this app was created; however, it only pulls up transaction history half the time.
