You cannot delete an entry, you have to make the same entry again but with a negative amount. Everything with this system is a crap mess around for the end user. ### 1/5 — This app is joke *2021-08-13, version 2.6.6* This app has the usability of a pre 2010 app. The web backend runs on HCL Notes (!) and feels like MS frontpage came back to life. How is anyone paying for this? There are tona of other options from this century. ### 1/5 — So frustrating *2021-04-24* This app is so frustrating to use. Constant issues. Today for example I went to acquit some receipts only to find it brought up 40+ expenses I had already acquitted previously! Then it gave me an error and suggested I log off and log back on. I log off only to find I now cannot log back on. Another server error apparently. Groan. I’m trying hard to get my company to switch to a different provider as this app is full of bugs. No one has time for this kind of rubbish. **Developer response:** Hi, and thanks for your feedback! When you take a picture of your receipt, it is important to consider shadows, light and to get all sides of the receipts in the image. If the image is zoomed in, it is because it didn't identify the shape of the receipt correctly. When that happens it is easy to edit. Just click the "crop"-icon and you can determine the cropping yourself from the original image. In relation to finding the right image, it is possible to to hard click on an image when going through the image library. So when you click and keep pressing on an image, it will show the image larger than the others. When you stop pressing, it will shrink again. Final, did you know that you don't even have to logout when closing the app? If you avoid to logout, the app will just stay logged in. Reporting is mediocre. Unusable. ### 1/5 — Slow and not useful *2019-07-20* It is quite slow, especially when reading the data for the invoice. It’s a terrible app. I think they have an intern working on the app once a month. It’s terrible. Can’t believe they are making money on this... ### 1/5 — Bring back the old app! *2018-11-16, version 1.6.2* This new version is appalling to use. Screen capture grid worked great in the old version, in this version it is hard to see and is awkward to use. Previous version was very intuitive and pleasant to use, this version is clunky and all over the place. For some reason it doesn’t recognise quite a lot of these purchases, but you only find this out a few weeks later when it asks for the same receipt again, but by this time the receipt is already in the bin. ### 2/5 — Camera not working *2025-06-20, version 2.9.0* The Acubiz camera is not functioning properly when attempting to take a picture of a receipt. Instead of displaying the camera feed, a black screen appears.
