My current problem with the app is that it declines my stored payment card. I then enter the same details for the same card and then it accepts the card. Go figure. ### 1/5 — Data breach *2025-12-07, version 1.3.11* Had 3 alerts that my password for this account had been compromised. Indicates very poor security. Don’t trust them with your data. ### 1/5 — Subpar at Best *2025-09-01* From the customer app experience, it logs you out of your account over and over. But for some reason the login page is the most inconvenient place in the app. It should be the first thing I encounter if it’s going to continuously log me out. I HATE that it displays all of the old or cancelled appointments every time I look at my appointments. It often shows an error message when loading. This app is riddled with bugs and some of them are rather alarming. It logs me out but I can still see my purchase history? Huge red flag. Other bugs are simply maddening and make it impossible to actually use the scheduling features. This app is used by an organization that I need to schedule with as a client but I am lobbying for them to consider other options. This app is basically unusable it’s so terrible. My gym uses it for class scheduling and it’s truly so terrible it’s prevented me from booking a class because I get so frustrated at the complete unusability. If I could rate this app -10 I would. Can I remain logged in? ### 2/5 — Frustrating *2024-11-09, version 1.3.11* It’s a little confusing to book reoccurring appointment and at times client’s appointments’disappear’ from the app but are still booked. Obviously the client can’t change them if they aren’t showing. Also the app and the web link don’t sync and this causes confusion. The web link does not prompt the client to sign in which is a whole different problem in that without a login appointments can’t be changed by the client - as well as not syncing with the app - even when the same email and client name are used. This means clients often have 3 or 4 ‘accounts’.
