This is possibly the single worst app that i have ever used. Stay Away as it is very likely a scam. The sign up process is an atrocious user experience, billing information is collected with no way to cancel, calling the “support line” goes into some sketchy voicemail, and finally, pairing the mobile app with a watch is literally impossible, which was one of the primary reasons for getting suckered into this purchase. My son was diagnosed with epilepsy this week and it infuriates me that there are companies (most likely a lone actor masquerading as a company) out there taking advantage of people trying to protect their children.
