You have to click through multiple selections to get to the calendar, When using the calendar from the app it always starts from the first day of the month and you either have to scroll through the entire month a few days at a time while it refreshes or go into another menu and select current day. It won’t allow you to get past the main screen if you get that far, it partially loads and freezes. It will quickly lock you out when manually entering your password as opposed to facial recognition. Constantly glitching out, requiring log in, automatically sending you back multiple screens to get back to one you were originally on, etc. Total junk, and a complete waste of time. ### 2/5 — Kind of a pain to use *2024-08-01, version 24.062.0* - after I enter notes on an appointment and click save, I might wait 10 seconds for the spinning circle to disappear. - sometimes it says another process has updated the record and my changes are lost. But then they are saved after all. Some of our Android users have the opposite problem - things appear to save but don’t actually. - when typing notes, the text box doesn’t auto scroll. So the text goes below the bottom of the screen, out of sight, and you have to keep scrolling down as you type. If you push this on your company, be prepared to spend hundreds of thousands to get it mostly working but never working fully. Acumatica is the premier “early access” software for cloud based solutions, that is to say, it’s a gamble on if it works that day or not. We even had the joy of having the entire server go on maintenance during a standard work day. I think android phones work best because you can Bluetooth scanners to them. The WMS system is very fast and responsive. The sign on integrates flawlessly with Azure AD multi factor authentication and also enables builtin accounts to use multi factor authentication. You can easily upload a document from the mobile app. Push notifications can be done on almost any business event to go to a users phone. This App is outstanding for managing my tasks and checking contact and account activity. From an org level it’s great that the rest of our team can access the different modules of our ops software. 10/10! Takes a moment to load the first time I load it after a weekend or a few days of not using it. Universal search great! ### 5/5 — Must-have for employees working in fields *2020-10-09* Great app for employees working outside the office to provide fast and accurate service for customers. It uses the mobile device’s features, which makes working on the go so much easier (voice dictations, mobile notifications, using camera for taking pictures of receipts, and many more). In addition to that, it displays Acumatica dashboards and reports with real-time data. Time-saver. It also means I don’t have to come back from a trip or an event and spend time scanning them in.
