The AcuMonitor app allows you to check the current status of embroidery work on your iOS device using Wireless LAN. You can check embroidery progress even if you are away from the machine. With AcuMonitor, you don't need to sit by the machine anymore. While the machine is embroidering, you can go and do other things. Don’t waste your time with it. Great idea if it worked ### 3/5 — Connection Unreliable *2020-08-28, version 3.22* I agree, even if I can get a connection, it doesn’t last. Followed directions in user manual carefully. Cable company sent a computer tech expert. I paid $50 for him to get a connection for me. It didn’t last. I think this is a good idea, but needs work. ### 1/5 — AcuMonitor not working! *2017-05-25, version 3.10* My AcuMonitor app used to work fine until today, now even though it shows as being connected to my machine it just will not run anything at all. I think it might be due to the latest iOS update that I installed today just before trying to use AcuMonitor. It worked fine yesterday before the iOS update. Would have given it a 5 Star rating! However now it does not find my machine and so it is useless. As others have stated there is no support, page just takes you to Janome website. Hope they read these reviews and provide an update. ### 2/5 — Inferior connection to IPad direct *2015-02-20* I followed all instructions. Set up connection with Janome MC15000 and opened app... No connection Only way to work this is to set up a personal hotspot with Apple iPhone 6 and key WiFi code into sewing machine....hey presto the app then works. Disappointing that the connection is only good for a couple of metres and at a cost to me!! And there's no documentation to help me figure out why. No instructions. Nothing. The link for "support" is for the Janome web site. Nothing there either.
