Die App ist ganz ok, unfair ist allerdings, dass man zu den 19,99 € für bestimmte Optionen noch monatlich zahlen muss, dann kann man gleich die bessere App von iaomai wählen

**Developer response:** I understand what you are saying but cloud services generate recurrent costs and it wouldn't be viable with a one time payment. Besides that, those services are optional. It's just how the internet works nowadays and I either pass on the costs to you or I go bankrupt and remove the app from the store. Also, most of the app is available forever after the first purchase. It's not like you pay twice for the same thing. It's for different things. We buy a tv and still pay for netflix. Same here. The app is a platform for other specialized services.

Corrige o ponto p7 não condiz esta errado na descrição. Falta ser um pouco mais claro sobre a posição da mão em relação aos desenhos . Se está com a mão pra cima ou pra baixo!

Diese App ist perfekt. Eine super Hilfe, für jeden. Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittene. Alle Meridiane und Punkte sind übersichtlich aufgeführt. Und das Beste: in der Suchfunktion kann man nicht nur Punkte finden, sondern auch nach Krankheiten oder Symptome suchen. Wenn man selber eigene Notizen hinzufügt werden auch die darin enthaltenden Schlagwörter eben so perfekt gefunden. Besser kann es nicht gehen-eine super Hilfe für die Praxis und immer dabei.

The developers don’t care about their customers: the response is 2 (!) years late!
Also useless for the eyesight challenged customers as the dark theme makes letters indiscernible.

**Developer response:** As I explained to you via email. The images would have no contrast in a dark background. I'm sorry. But not every app can have a dark theme.

Ich habe die App vor ca. 2-3 Monaten gekauft. Bis jetzt funktionierte gut. Jetzt kann man kein Notizen finden und nichts mehr hinfügen. Dafür muss man ein Abo abschließen!! Es gibt die App ( Shen) wo man das gleiche Abo Preise bezahlt aber viel besser aufgebaut und hat man keine versteckte Preise wie bei diese.

**Developer response:** The annotations feature relies on third party cloud servers that have monthly costs. I can't do anything about it. Maybe Shen app is cheaper, but it's far from better (or safer). Shen app is a cheap copy of this app. The Acupuncture Assistant was the first app for acupuncturists in the world. It's 16 years old for a reason. There's a higher purpose behind it.

Comprei achando que podia usar aa anotação de para colocar tipos de tratamento,e outros, tem que se tornar vip, isso é só pra privar dinheiro . Quero meu reembolso entrei em cor ato assombrei fiz a comprar e até hoje nada . E-mail não responde .

**Developer response:** Olá. Eu respondi seu email, mas sua caixa de entrada estava cheia e as 3 tentativas voltaram. Sobre pagar pelo serviço online, infelizmente não tenho como oferecer gratuitamente pois o limite grátis que eu tinha acabou. Eu tinha um ano de serviço de nuvem grátis e passei gratuitamente pros meus usuários, mesmo tendo trabalhado pra desenvolver o acesso pelo app. Mas quando eles começaram a me cobrar $1 por usuário, tive que repassar o custo pra quem quisesse usar. Não tem como eu assumir $1 pra cada usuário, todo mês, sendo que eu recebo apenas uma vez pelo app. Eu iria à falência em 2 meses. Compras vitalícias não pagm custos recorrentes. Espero que entenda e reveja sua avaliação. Você claramente usa o app como ferramenta de trabalho e ele tem lhe sido útil. 1 estrela é injusto e convenhamos, $1 dólar por mês não paga nem um café hoje em dia.

Gostaria de saber como faço para conseguir o reembolso da compra do aplicativo. Ele não atende para o propósito que queria. Não usei nem 5 minutos.

**Developer response:** Olá Mel. Se não atende seu propósito, era só pedir o reembolso. Avaliar o app negativamente não resolve teu problema e só prejudica meu negócio gratuitamente. Tem meu email direto no próprio app pra qualquer dúvida. Eu teria te respondido que você pode pedir o reembolso pela própria App Store como qualquer outro app. Eu tenho esse app há 16 anos, e sempre ouvi os feedbacks e me dediquei pra entregar o melhor. Nunca quis clientes insatisfeitos e todos os que entraram em contato comigo tiveram os problemas resolvidos.

Boa tarde, não consigo entrar em contato com vcs para cancelar minha assinatura anual ..

**Developer response:** Olá. Assinaturas de apps, como qualquer outro, é cancelada na própria loja App Store ou pelo próprio app. E eu respondi seu email, só que sua caixa de entrada está cheia e não pode receber emails. O email que te mandei voltou 3 vezes.

Tentei fazer login de todas as formas  e não funciona...

**Developer response:** Olá. Peço desculpas pelo transtorno. Quando tiver problemas, favor entrar em contato pelo email de suporte, que você encontra aqui e no app, e te ajudarei prontamente. Pra fazer o login é necessário ter o seu iPhone/iPad atualizado pra última versão do iOS. É o próprio sistema da Apple que impede o login caso seu aparelho esteja desatualizado. Não é um problema com o app, é uma "característica" da Apple. Entre em contato por email caso não consiga e poderei te ajudar melhor.

Точки на голове Мочевого Пузыря с V5 по V9 указаны не правильно, между ними должны равные пропорциональные отрезки, а не как не 1,5 цунь. Остальные меридианы пока не посмотрел. Исправьте или верните деньги

**Developer response:** Hi. Try counting on cuns and I'm sure you will notice that it works both ways. After all, cuns are supposed to be proportional to our measurements.

**Developer response:** Hi. I'm sorry that the app isn't for you. But, if you are not a professional or student you shouldn't be trying to pierce yourself and others with needles. So yes, this app is obviously for professionals or students. If you are a student, then you should study what the symptoms mean. The app is to help learning the acupuncture points, not to teach medical terminology. But if the app isn't for you, it doesn't mean you should give it 1 star and a bad review. It's just mean to other person's businesses. Want a reimbursement? Do it right and you will get what you want. First off, Google how to do it. You will find that we, developers, don't have the power to do it. You need to ask the App Store for the reimbursement. All it takes are a few clicks.

An sich eine gute und solide App, aber nicht herausragend im Design oder der Interaktivität. Tat bislang, was sie sollte.
Mit einem Mal wurde die Familienfreigabe herausgenommen, so dass jetzt jedes Familienmitglied € 8,- für die App zahlen muss und das ist das Programm dann doch nicht wert.

**Developer response:** Well, if $8 is too much for a good and solid app and you have that many family members that work and study acupuncture, then maybe a $100 book will be better for you.

I rarely leave reviews. This is an excellent app.  I love that it shows the bone structure too, that is the traditional way of locating points that I was taught.  This app is pretty feature rich as well, for example, nice search function. Thanks, keep up the good work!

I love this app. I use it every day for quick lookup. Very well designed. I can add my own notes. The information about points is consensual and accurate. Quick and friendly user support on top of that. The app designer is a practitioner himself and it shows. And finally the French version that I use is well translated.

I love this app. Not only is it a handy reference, but having it on my ipad and iphone I can reference and research points and conditions anywhere at anytime. The point location descriptions could be a bit more precise for some points and the app could explain the basic role that each meridian and channel plays as well as their pathways diagramed, but other books and apps provide such info. It could definitely benefit from the addition of auricular charts with points and functions described. Hopefully the developers will continue to develop this excellent app in the future.
