## What is Acuva?

Have peace of mind through real-time monitoring of your Acuva by Watersprint water disinfection device.

Connect your IoT-enabled Acuva water disinfection device to the Acuva app and monitor the status of your device's health, water and power consumption, and the filter.

•	Get Notifications
The quality of water disinfection is our top priority. There is an array of sensors inside the Acuva water disinfection device that monitor its status. The app will keep you informed if the quality of treatment ever becomes compromised. The Acuva app also monitors the water flow rate, calculates the remaining capacity of the filter, and notifies you when it is time to replace it. Additionally, the app keeps track of and displays your power consumption & device operation time and notifies you when you need to replace the UV-LED board(s).

We strive to provide the best customer service. There is a “Help and Feedback” section in the Acuva app that you can always use to reach out to us whenever you need help. 

The following access permissions are necessary for the Acuva app.
•	Location: To obtain the device connecting Wi-Fi information during device installation
•	Bluetooth: To pair with the device during device installation
•	Notifications: For the enabling of push notification features

Notifications and reminders can be enabled and disabled at the water treatment device level within the device details screen. 

Notifications and reminders will be received for:
•	Device electrical faults and issues
•	Filters expiry & capacity
•	UV-LEDs lifetime

Notifications will only be received on the most recent phone/tablet to access the Acuva account. Connection to WiFi or cellular data is required.
