The Problem It Solves
Vehicle theft at pickup is a costly, growing risk across the industry. Fraudulent release slips — including fake QR codes pointing to spoofed websites — can look identical to the real thing. ACV Verify helps remove that vulnerability by giving sellers a direct, trusted line to ACV’s order data at the critical moment of release.

How Verification Works

When a carrier arrives for pickup, ask to see the release slip.
Open ACV Verify and scan the QR code on the slip.
The app immediately tells you whether the release is authorized by ACV.
If verified/valid, you’ll see carrier and vehicle details and can safely release the vehicle. If unverified/invalid, a clear warning appears — don’t release the vehicle.
