But it’s been offline for several months now. The website is available but it isn’t nearly as user friendly as the app was. We’re seeing about 75% less movies because of this. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-06-04, version 5.5.9* Downloaded app for easier access when I buy tickets but nothing shows up. No idea as to how many pints I’ve earned because the app never works correctly. Hopefully ACX can get this app issues fixed soon. Half the time I can’t sign in or it doesn’t remember who I am. I can’t check out for a film through sign in. It doesn’t load current movies for my theatre. It simply doesn’t work. Even if you do, by some miracle get it to purchase - any QR code causes the consoles at the actual theatre to error out and you have to type in your reservation code instead. All around horrible. Was this written as a school project or something? Please fix it. 1. You have to select tickets to purchase before you login. 2. Sometimes after selecting it just spins and you have to start over. 3. Once tickets are purchased you’re given the option to put them in your Apple Wallet but when selected nothing happens. 4. After purchasing and going to look at History it indicates I have no reservations. No tickets are shown. But PLEASE spend some money making this app more user friendly. If you accidentally hit “keep shopping” in checkout - there is no way to get back! You have to select another ticket to get back to the shopping cart and then delete the ticket you don’t want. Why wouldn’t you have a shopping bag or checkout icon in the top to take you back? The executive who thought of this idea should be demoted to janitor. Tried multiple time to “prefer” another theatre but kept going back to Sioux City. Then mistakenly booked 4 tickets to Sioux City and there is NO ONE TO TALK TO! Not only a terrible mobile experience but terrible support.
