Every time you book a cab and pre pay, for a set time, it never turns up. Today I booked a cab for 13.45. Called at 13.47 and hadn’t been despatched, was told 9-12mins! Ridiculous. It was despatched 15 mins late, so all in all, arrived 30 mins late for pickup. Ridiculous.
