I’ve done 1 trade and won a little less than a 100$ , I than tried to take the money out the account I have and I could not take out anything .than I contact the customer service they gave me 2 replies that were related to verifying myself , I than verified myself the same day they contacted me and now they have been having my verification on hold for more than 2 weeks ! so I can’t take out my profits or any kind of money out of the app !
