### 1/5 — Version 1.0.1 update no longer produces any audio

Please fix. iPad version.

### 5/5 — Actually better…

*2026-08-31*

I had 4 MC-202s back in the day driven by a MPU-101 as a cute little four-voice polyphonic synth.
Fun and unique little rig - but - I always felt the sound was just “meh” compared to other polyphonic rigs.
This app actually sounds better than that old rig I had.
It does not sound “meh” - actually fuller and more rotund in sound than an old MC-202.
Well done. 👍🏻

### 5/5 — Yes. Yes, and Yes.

I’ve had my eye on a recreation of a similar synth (from another great developer), but couldn’t justify the price tag. This hits that same vibe and more! Pair this with Rat Shack Reverb if you dare! Thank you Audio Damage! *edit* I just discovered the Easter egg game. Ten Stars!! 🖖

### 5/5 — 202 MAGIC

*2026-08-19*

Audio Damage is out here making dreams come true. All hail the exquisite minimalism of the AD-202. If you’ve ever used an MC-202 you already know. If you haven’t you’re about to find out. Boot it up and let Magic happen.

### 5/5 — Sounds fantastic!

Real nice sound and tone to this mc-202 replica! Outstanding work!

### 5/5 — Great sounding

Has a real analog character and very easy to dial in your own sounds with the limited but capable controls. Been getting some lovely animated pads from it.
I’ve been picking up all the latest AD releases, not just because they are good value but I really resonate with sound they produce.

The only issue I have with this one is the controls jump to where you touch. I would prefer it if the touch point is the start of the movement so for example you could gently turn up the filter without it jumping up in value because you missed the centre of the handle with your finger.
