サポートセンターの回答では、このアプリは通信キャリアのセキュリティーアプリを有効化していると機能が働かなくなると言う。

他社アプリでは広告が消えるが、このアプリでは消えない。

クックパッドやスマートニュースで出てくる「システム通知と間違えるような悪質広告」も消えない。

これで有料ではインストールする意味が無い。

他の方の言うようにこのアプリを入れているとインターネット接続ができなくなります。もうちょっと詳しく言うとTVerなどもそうですが、インターネットを使用するアプリ•ゲームは基本的にできなくなります。広告ブロックのon  offをアプリ上で切り替えることができるので良かったものの、こちらは月々お金を払っているのに全く改善される気配がないです。「広告ブロック」と謳っているのにそもそも広告がブロックされるどころか日常的に使うアプリが使えなくなると言う大問題。そしてこの問題は私が携帯会社に勧められて入れた約3年前から全く改善されていません。このアプリはまず広告をブロックできるのでしょうか？このままではこのアプリはお金をとるだけの詐欺のようになってしまいますよ。

メリットはスマホゲームなど広告の出るアプリが多くてイライラしていましたが、これをインストールしたらでなくてめっちゃいいです。それにYouTubeも広告無しで見れるのでいいと思います

デメリットは、その色々ブロックしてくれるのはありがたいですか開きたいウェブサイトに開けません。別にやばいアプリを開こうとしてるわけではないですが、ブロックされます。なので私はいちいちアドクリーナーを開いてオフにしています。
最近は広告が流れてきます。お金を払っているはずなのになと思います。改善してほしいです。

The staff at Rakuten Mobile installed this app without my permission. Told me it is free. I was charged 330 yen from the first day on Aug 31 and every month. Only realized the scam when Kingsoft sent an email reminding me of my automated subscription and to log in to my page on their site to cancel. Naturally, i thought it was an email scam so i ignored the email. Then I received another email a few months later, so i checked my credit card payments and there it was, 330 yen charge for almost 6 months from kingsoft. Went to app store to cancel subscription but because it is labeled FREE on the app store, i wasnt able to do so or even report them for a refund. So i just filed a claim with the App Store under the scam category. (Even in the app, i wasn't able to find a way to cancel this fraudulent subscription)

有料版を使用しているが、YouTubeはわざわざアプリを開いて共有しないと見れないし、Tverなども広告が一ミリも消えない。ブラウザは消えるものもあるが消えないものもある。有料なのに無料のようなクオリティ。
