## What is Ad Finem?

Ad Finem is Latin for "to the end." It's a lifting notebook for people who train to failure.

Build your plan once. Every time you open the app, today's workout is already there. Enter the weight, enter the reps you got to failure, add the next set. Done.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
- Pick your lift days
- For each day: body area, muscles, then exercises
- Dozens of standard lifts, or add your own
- Add cardio the same way: walk, run, hike, bike, row, stairs, swim
- Or start from a predefined plan: Full Body, Upper / Lower, Push Pull Legs, Legs Torso Arms

AT THE GYM
- Today's workout opens automatically from the calendar
- Weight in lbs or kg, and reps to failure for every set
- Log cardio as minutes and distance
- Add an exercise on the fly, or swipe one away
- A warm-up reminder at the start of every session
- Tap Completed when you're done

REST DAYS
- Log cardio and leave yourself a note

SEE YOUR GAINS
- Every exercise you've done three times gets a chart
- Weight or reps over time, at any range, in your unit

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- No account, no sign-in, no ads
- Your workouts stay on your phone
