Please fix ### 3/5 — Slow login with iOS 7 *2013-10-04, version 3.75* I have been using this app for months and I find it very helpful for unlocking users, no matter where I happen to be located. It allows me to get quick information, update AD info, and gives me a quick search for locked out users to easily unlock or change their password. The only issue I have had is that now it takes a minute to login to my domain controller after updating to iOS 7. The updates the team have brought in this latest version are great. If you have anything to do with AD in your organization, buy this app. ### 5/5 — Great App for Admins and remote support *2012-07-26, version 3.0* AD Help desk is a welcome addition to any administrators toolbox. It simplifies management by allowing and admin to remotely access AD and make required changes. The functions all work well (search, add, delete, modify, lock/unlock and password resets, etc.) and the searches are quick and efficient even in an evironment with hundreds of thosands of objects. I would put this in the must have category for any support team. ### 5/5 — Great AD App! *2012-07-26, version 3.0* Great for multi domain access with profiles and quick lookup of locked out accounts. Thanks ### 5/5 — Must-Have App *2012-07-18, version 3.0* AD Help Desk is a must-have app for Windows system admins! It makes Active Directory management tools available to you from virtually any location that you have connectivity. I use it daily, mostly for account unlocks and password resets, and it allows me to take care of the issue right then and there no matter where I'm located. Being able to handle these issues immediately is great and it keeps my users happy, too! Finally, the application has progressed very nicely over time and has received regular updates and now has added a number of useful new features. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App not working on iPad *2023-10-28, version 4.5* I have used the Lite version on my phone for years. Wanted to add to iPad. It crashes upon search. Getting access to the AD of an organization without disclosure of information use is a significant breach potential. This application has saved me a ton of time. I now can support my users without having to make phone calls or drag my laptop out. I read the reviews before purchasing, but have not experienced any crashes in the month that I have been using it. Also, the developer responds quickly to questions/suggestions.
