Da hatte ich bei beiden Ad-Hoc Apps bemängelt, daß es damals keine Filtermöglichkeit nach der Zahlungsart gab. Nun, hier wurde die Funktion damals innerhalb einer Woche nachgereicht. Bei dem Wettbewerber ist's bis heute nicht nachgereicht. Deshalb hat meine Bewertung jetzt die volle Sternzahl.

vielen Dank für dein damaliges Feedback – auch wenn unsere Antwort mit deutlicher Verspätung kommt, wollten wir sie dir nicht vorenthalten.

Gute Nachricht: Genau dieser Wunsch wurde zwischenzeitlich umgesetzt! In der aktuellen Version (mittlerweile 1.7.1) findest du im Standard-Filter die Möglichkeit, gezielt nach Zahlungsart zu filtern – unter anderem Kredit-/Debitkarte, EC-/Giro-Karte und Barzahlung. Damit kannst du dir direkt nur die vertragslosen Lademöglichkeiten anzeigen lassen, die zu dir passen.

Dein Hinweis hat uns damals bestärkt, dass „Laden ohne Vertragsbindung“ genau der richtige Fokus ist – und das bleibt auch weiterhin unser Kern. Mittlerweile haben wir über 17.000 Ad-hoc-Ladestationen in Deutschland und den Nachbarländern in der Datenbank.

Besonders bei der Routenplanung! Der erste Ladestop nach 35 km und der 2. Ladestop nach 136 km und das bei eingestellten 250 km für Ladestops, für eine Strecke von 418 km

vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback – konstruktive Kritik hilft uns, besser zu werden!

Zum Kontext: Unser Routenplaner befindet sich aktuell in der Beta-Phase (in der App entsprechend gekennzeichnet). Dazu kommt unsere Besonderheit – wir listen bewusst ausschließlich Ad-hoc-Ladestationen, die ohne Vertrag oder Ladekarte nutzbar sind. Das bedeutet leider auch, dass viele teure HPC-Stationen an Autobahnen nicht bei uns gelistet sind, wodurch Lücken auf Fernstrecken entstehen können.

Der Algorithmus versucht dann, über deinen Suchradius (z. B. 10 km links/rechts der Route) Alternativen wie Aldi, Kaufland & Co. einzubinden und plant gegebenenfalls vor oder zurück. Findet er keine passenden Stationen, plant er konservativer – das erklärt vermutlich auch den frühen ersten Stopp nach 35 km.

Genau dieses Thema „zu früher erster Ladestopp“ ist uns bewusst und steht ganz oben auf unserer To-do-Liste. Wir arbeiten bereits an einer Lösung, die sich aktuell in der Testphase befindet: Künftig wirst du dein Fahrzeug hinterlegen können – inklusive Akkukapazität, Start-Akkustand und individuellem Sicherheitsfaktor. Der Planer sucht dann gezielt ab einem sinnvollen Ladestand die erste Station und nicht direkt zu Beginn der Route. Das Feature kommt in einem der nächsten Updates; ein konkretes Datum können wir noch nicht nennen, da wir aktuell noch ausgiebig testen.

Wir würden deinem konkreten Fall trotzdem gerne nachgehen: Magst du uns die genaue Strecke sowie deine Einstellungen (Suchradius, gewünschter Ladeabstand) per Mail an support@ladesofort.de schicken? So können wir prüfen, ob zusätzlich ein Bug vorliegt oder schlicht zu wenige Ad-hoc-Stationen auf der Route lagen.
