J’ai reçu un seul magazine alors que AD a toutes les bonnes informations de livraison. 

Mes données de connexion au site ont été changées par AD qui ne m’en a pas informé, ce qui m’a empêché de trouver mes informations pour faire une réclamation et même d’annuler mon abonnement qui a été reconduit.
 
Le service client m’informe avec manque de politesse par téléphone que le délai de réclamation pour recevoir les magasines est passé et aucun geste commercial n’est fait pour mon abonnement payé pour rien.

Est-ce normal de payer pour ne pas recevoir de service ?

Cette application fonctionne très mal, jamais le nouveau nombre de magazines n'apparaîtra jamais à l'heure !!!! Dernière mise à jour, j'attends déjà 2,5 mois !!! Sur d'autres plates-formes, ces changements ont eu lieu depuis longtemps !!!

Le confort de lecture est archaïque. L’application plante sur les identifiants et vos anciens numéros ne seront plus visibles.
Au secours et Apple continue de vendre des abonnements d’AD alors que cela ne fonctionne pas, incroyable !
