It is hard to find the necessary information. ### 4/5 — Notes not working on app *2025-10-23, version 3.0.0* Notes not working on app ### 2/5 — Not user friendly/ intuitive *2024-10-17, version 2.2.0* Very difficult to use this app. Tried to search for “Info desk”, nothing comes up. Tried to search for People’s Choice Awards to provide a vote, but nothing shows up. So the Map of the convention floor does not have a legend to show where the exhibitors are located. Very frustrating. This is the 3rd year I have attended Smilecon and you’d think the app has been improved! ### 1/5 — Not working android - freezes *2021-10-11, version 1.9* Galaxy note 8 android freezes splash screen . Useless . Can’t enter ce codes. Had to get out iPad to get it to work. Same for colleagues with android. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2021-10-11, version 1.9* There is no back button. Swiping right only works sometimes. Where are the links for livestream? How do you watch virtual? This is not an intuitive app. ### 5/5 — A must have app for dentist *2019-09-15, version 1.7* If you are interested in attending the events and courses in dentistry this is the must app to have. ### 3/5 — Stay Current! *2019-09-10, version 1.7* Attending the ADA annual meetings is my favorite way to stay up-to-date on our ever changing profession. The lecturers are some of best in the nation. Browsing the exhibition floor is a must to experience the latest materials, equipment and systems. I bring a list of products to order and new materials and equipment to try out. ### 1/5 — Advertisements as you’d expect *2019-09-07, version 1.7* This app sends too many advertisement messages and notifications. Does not allow you to delete advertisements messages. Upon startup you have to wait for advertisements which is incredibly frustrating when trying to open the app to access the link to input course number and validation codes. Additionally, the CE validation is not integrated and it opens up a browser which requires another login. The enrolled courses do not reliably populate in the browser and you are often required to manually add by searching course number. All of this in the last few seconds when you’re running between classes is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. What’s additionally annoying is that these drawbacks are obvious and almost certainly intentional by the programmer. ### 3/5 — Nice to have utmost user friendly *2019-09-06, version 1.7* The app is nice to have and muddle with, but many links not intuitive, for example but be item is I am trying to enter a verification code and cannot easily locate in the app where to do that. Also the print is VERY small and even with my glasses I am having trouble seeing classes and locations. Glad you have an app but it should have been vetted by someone over 50 years old that works in dentistry, we are not all completely tech savvy. ### 5/5 — Office Manager *2019-09-05, version 1.7* So inspirational!
