### 2/5 — Русский язык пожалуйста сделайте

*2026-06-24*

Русский язык нужен

### 2/5 — Idk

*2026-05-01, version 4.2.0*

I hate writing the paragraph of symptoms. I wish there was an option to look at the list and select your symptoms still. The writing and way it presents is giving gen AI and that really sucks if that’s the case

### 2/5 — Disappointing latest updates

*2026-04-09, version 4.0.10*

I was so disappointed to see how the algorithm has changed since the last time I used it. It used to ask related questions and focus on the main complaint. Now it goes all over the place, comes to wild conclusions and even gathered false info in the symptoms listed in the report. Truly upsetting to see the downgrade.

### 3/5 — New Update

*2026-02-24, version 4.0.7*

Prior to the update I found this app quite helpful. The new update has made it difficult to use, harder to navigate and information harder to find :(

### 3/5 — I like the app but...

*2026-02-20, version 4.0.7*

The app is really good! I have used it before for many illnesses i have had. But for some reason I try to use it again and it tells me to allow tracking which is fine but it won't let me enable it? Let alone does it have the option to allow me to manually enable it in the settings. I cannot use the app without the tracking.

### 3/5 — Ok

*2025-10-16, version 3.62.0*

This app is fine for basic things, but not for those who have chronic illnesses. I would really like to put in my previous diagnoses and have that reflected in the questions, especially because my illnesses sometimes feel like I'm getting a cold. Also, questions like "one day to one week" should be narrowed down more. Another request I have is the option to turn off all pregnancy related questions. PLEASE stop asking me if I'm pregnant or have recently given birth!! I already have to fend off doctors insisting that my symptoms are from being pregnant, and it's exhausting.

### 5/5 — Spot on condition identification

*2025-10-06, version 3.62.0*

After seeing an optician, I have been diagnosed with blocked tear ducts in both eyes.

### 4/5 — Seems accurate

*2025-09-29, version 3.62.0*

Most of the time it’s accurate.

### 5/5 — Keeps you informed

*2025-09-20, version 3.62.0*

I love this app because it helps me decide when I should go to the doctor. I understand it’s no substitute for medical attention, but it definitely helps hypochondriacs like myself make better decisions.

### 4/5 — Love this app!!

*2025-09-13, version 3.62.0*

This app has helped me so much. I’ve had it for years now and it has been a game changer for me. My only complaint is that I can’t go back into an assessment and add symptoms which is why I have this four stars. It would be really helpful if I could go back in and add something in case I forgot a symptom or if a new one has started happening. Overall though, this is a fantastic app and I strongly recommend it!

### 5/5 — Great assistance

*2025-09-07, version 3.62.0*

I have used the app for many years and it has been great in allowing me to understand my symptoms much better. Does not replace a doctor but helps me know how and when I should seek further assistance on my various ailments. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Really helpful app

*2025-09-02, version 3.62.0*

I use this app often for the whole family to use as a backup to my gut instinct and general knowledge and suggest options that I may not have considered. I find it really useful

### 5/5 — Excellent for diagnosis and tracking

*2025-08-30, version 3.62.0*

I have a few ailments so tracking them can be hard sometimes and I forget when things started and how they progressed. This helps a lot with that and has been spot on for my diagnosis’s thus far.

### 5/5 — Appli vitale

*2025-08-29*

L’appli est super! Jamais eu de coup de stress façon doctolib. Je la possède depuis son lancement uniquement en Anglais; la nouvelle traduction française est superbe et indéniablement faite par des humains très compétents.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Used to work but now does not

*2026-05-16, version 4.2.3*

I used to find I could enter symptoms but this year May2026 I find starting a new symptom entry just jumps to a blank screen that cannot accept any input. What’s going on?

### 1/5 — AWFUL

*2026-05-03, version 4.2.0*

Absolutely no shot you guys suddenly withdrew the ability to see long term records without warning and now direct to access an email that has not been replied to. That’s genuinely useful and longitudinal health information that could be used to diagnose a health condition that could even be life threatening, now completely gone. I literally have been having episodes of vomiting and being unable to move + intense cognitive issues and now I don’t have data for my doctor.

### 1/5 — Removed helpful features

*2026-04-01, version 4.0.10*

Ada was great, but they’ve now rebranded and removed the ability to track symptoms, etc. and are now purely a put symptoms in, get diagnosis out app.
They’ve also changed the interface and it somehow feels less friendly, though that’s obviously less important.

### 1/5 — Very basic not helpful

*2026-03-24, version 4.0.9*

Disappointed in that it doesn’t have many option for input of the issue. No photos and doesn’t cover even minimal symptoms Frankly I wouldn’t bother

### 1/5 — Not AI

*2026-02-10, version 3.62.0*

It’s not really AI. It’s more like 20 questions. You just answer yes or no and by process of elimination it will spit out 5 or 6 possible explanations for your symptoms. You can’t talk to it like you can talk to AI. You can’t give more detail or background. It doesn’t ask about medication or history. It’s really old fashioned compared to all the AI apps out there.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2025-12-16, version 3.62.0*

Completely worthless!! On the intake portion I put in my condition with symptoms and it could find what my diagnosis is. It gave me 3 random guess. This thing SUCKS!!!
Waist of time!!!

### 1/5 — Keyboard doesn’t work on the app

*2025-06-03, version 3.62.0*

I can’t type in anything.

### 1/5 — Itching in umbilical area of abdomen

*2024-07-10, version 3.55.0*

Symptom never got response.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2024-07-09, version 3.55.0*

Can’t look up proper names of illnesses. Got to name every associated symptom. Do you know how many symptoms are associated with something like severe anemia? Tedious. And one major symptom I have did not have an applicable option to choose. The smoking question is ridiculous. I quit over twenty years ago but I get lumped into the same category as a current smoker? No other option. Didn’t ask if I drink or use any recreational drugs either. But I bet this stupid app would put heroin and weed users together, so maybe it’s best they don’t.
And lastly knowing my age and my gender it did not ask me if I was in menopause or perimenopause. That is a crucial question to ask. Watch out Ada your misogyny and incompetence is showing. Robot doctors aren’t useful if they’re still asking stupid questions or not asking any at all.

### 1/5 — I am not pregnant

*2024-04-21, version 3.49.1*

The first thing it asks me every single time is if I’m pregnant. I am infertile, thank you for the reminder.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Diagnosed properly

*2026-05-11, version 4.2.2*

I was very skeptical about this app but gave it a try. I had been 10 years trying to understand what was wrong with me (seeing dozens of doctors) and Ada told me accurately in a few minutes.

### 5/5 — La mejor aplicación

*2026-01-17, version 3.62.0*

Excelente para tener una idea de lo que le puede estar pasando a uno

### 5/5 — Gives almost accurate prediction

*2026-01-03*

If you enter right symptoms then you will get real and almost accurate prediction

### 5/5 — Great tool to have on hand

*2025-12-21, version 3.62.0*

This is a great app. Love it and refer to it often.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-11-12, version 3.62.0*

Has always genuinely helped me identify what’s going on with me so that I can share with my doctor. It’s a wonderful way to keep track of what’s going on and have reference for past occurrences. I definitely praise the creator(s). Used it for years and will undoubtedly continue to.

### 5/5 — Game changer for worrier

*2025-11-09, version 3.62.0*

I love this app for its ability to help me know how much to worry about symptoms and those around me. The statistics are really meaningful as it says how likely things are instead of a online search saying something without context. I know it’s not perfect but it has helped significantly in my understanding of my symptoms and health.

### 5/5 — Learning app

*2025-11-02, version 3.62.0*

It gives a thoughtful diagnosis that gives confidence but always wants feedback so it can improve its diagnosis.

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2025-11-02, version 3.62.0*

I love this app. It puts my mind at ease.

### 5/5 — Helpful!

*2025-10-28, version 3.62.0*

Always VERY accurate for what I’ve put in, even a deviated septum which I ended up having

### 5/5 — Always ask Ada

*2025-10-15, version 3.62.0*

My first point of call
