Used to work but now does not

I used to find I could enter symptoms but this year May2026 I find starting a new symptom entry just jumps to a blank screen that cannot accept any input. What’s going on?

Diagnosed properly

I was very skeptical about this app but gave it a try. I had been 10 years trying to understand what was wrong with me (seeing dozens of doctors) and Ada told me accurately in a few minutes.

AWFUL

Absolutely no shot you guys suddenly withdrew the ability to see long term records without warning and now direct to access an email that has not been replied to. That’s genuinely useful and longitudinal health information that could be used to diagnose a health condition that could even be life threatening, now completely gone. I literally have been having episodes of vomiting and being unable to move + intense cognitive issues and now I don’t have data for my doctor.

I hate writing the paragraph of symptoms. I wish there was an option to look at the list and select your symptoms still. The writing and way it presents is giving gen AI and that really sucks if that’s the case
