## What is Adam Ballinger Fitness?

This is an online 1-2-1 bespoke fitness app, I help get individuals into the best shapes of their lives, offering them a fully personalised Nutrition program and an individual goal based training plan for each client. It's a hub and a central point for the client to be able to communicate directly with me and to let me know about any problems that they may have. It also allows them to keep track of their progress all in one place.
