Adappt supports you in your daily life as a parent of a child with neurodevelopmental disorders (autism spectrum disorders, dys disorders, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity), by offering positive psychology and mindfulness activities. Designed by researchers from the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Twente, 
Adappt helps you improve your well-being while supporting your child.

Your daily well-being ritual: Take advantage of quick and easy exercises to integrate into your daily routine, to adopt positive psychology and promote a more harmonious life balance.

Themes tailored to your needs: Adappt gradually addresses the major psychological issues involved in supporting children with NDD, with exercises designed to be easily put into practice.

Little by little, big progress: Progress at your own pace through essential themes and achieve lasting results that benefit the whole family.

Reminders to stay motivated: Receive notifications to encourage you to practice regularly and reap the long-term benefits.

Contribute to scientific research: Anonymized data collected via the app feeds an international research project on the effects of parental well-being on the resilience of children with NDD.
